Portable X-ray Inspection Equipment PCBA Module
A portable X-ray detection module, or portable X-ray machine, is an X-ray inspection device that can be carried by an operator and operated on site. It uses the penetrating properties of X-rays to perform perspective inspection of objects, thereby revealing their internal structure.
Working principle: The portable X-ray machine contains an X-ray tube, which consists of a cathode and an anode. When a high-voltage current passes through the cathode, the electrons on the cathode are accelerated and hit the anode, generating X-rays. These X-rays penetrate the object being inspected, and materials of different densities have different absorption capacities for X-rays, so X-rays can penetrate some materials and be absorbed by other materials. On the other side of the object being inspected, there is a detector or photosensitive device that can measure the intensity of the X-rays that pass through the object and convert it into a digital signal. After processing and conversion, these digital signals eventually form an X-ray image that shows the structure and composition of the object being inspected.
