  • Pre-Production DFM Validation: Our professional engineering team conducts free comprehensive DFM checks for all Gerber files before mass production. We optimize unreasonable designs, resolve potential production obstacles such as line spacing risks and hole position deviations in advance, and avoid rework and delivery delays.
  • Intelligent Automated Production Lines: Equipped with advanced automated etching, drilling, plating and solder mask equipment, we realize standardized and precise processing of each PCB production procedure. Automated operation reduces manual errors, greatly improves production efficiency and ensures consistent product batch stability.
  • Full-Process Quality Monitoring: We implement strict step-by-step inspection throughout the manufacturing process, including incoming material inspection, in-process sampling inspection and finished product full inspection.
