Product Description

The 60G human detection radar module is developed based on the ADT6101P chip. It integrates a 57~64GHz RF transceiver system, a 2T2R PCB microstrip antenna, 1MB flash memory, a radar signal processing unit, and an ARM® Cortex®-M3 core into a single chip. This module uses FMCW signal processing combined with radar signal processing algorithms to achieve high-sensitivity human state sensing. It can detect motion, micro-motion, and stationary human presence, and can also calculate auxiliary information such as target distance and speed.

This module features a two-transmit, two-receive antenna configuration with a wide beam angle, making it suitable for ceiling installations. It supports GPIO and UART signal outputs, allowing for flexible application in various smart scenarios and products.

Precautions:

  • The detection range of the radar module is significantly influenced by the target’s RCS and environmental factors. Therefore, it is normal for the effective detection range to vary within a certain range due to changes in the environment and the target.
  • The radar module has strict power supply requirements: input voltage must be 3.1~3.5V, power ripple should be ≤50mV, and current should be ≥1A. If using a DCDC power supply, the switching frequency must be no less than 2MHz.
